Together, they shape the programs, partnerships, and vision that keeps us rooted in community and moving toward a future where women and girls everywhere are seen, supported, and fearless.

Maggie O'Neill

Co-Founder

Artist, Activist, Designer

Maggie O’Neill is a Washington, DC-based artist, designer, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience bridging design, activism, and cultural impact. She has created immersive environments for dozens of commercial and hospitality spaces, including the historic Willard Hotel, and her signature pop-impressionist artwork is collected worldwide. A 2024 Mayor’s Arts Award winner, Maggie serves as a Commissioner for the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities (DCCAH). Deeply committed to civic engagement, she is also Co-Founder of Vote For Your Daughter and Our Daughters' Futures Fund.

Sally McBratney is an artist, creative strategist, and growth leader with experience spanning startups, experiential marketing, international collaborations, and cultural programming. She has worked with high-growth brands, embassies, public art initiatives, and community-driven events. As Co-Founder of Vote For Your Daughter and Our Daughters’ Futures Fund, she leads strategy, partnerships, communications, and growth to build programs at the intersection of art, culture, and impact.
